Network Marketing trainer Eric Worre, just added another great article to the facebook group Network Marketing Professionals. Please read it below and I’ll think you’ll agree we’re moving into the Golden Age of Network Marketing!

The Ultimate Opportunity
By Eric Worre

The Network Marketing industry is better positioned than ever!

Ladies and gentlemen, people simply MUST come up with a plan and, if they don’t choose Network Marketing where do they go?

– Professional sales in this economy?
– Service oriented professions in this economy?
– Traditional small business ownership in this economy?
– Corporate work in this economy?

October U.S. home sales… the lowest in 50 years, and 45% of all sales during the month were foreclosures!

U.S. foreclosures… 5 million homes in June. Today 11.5 million!

Record unemployment month after month after month

Sales professionals are suffering like never before

Retail? The following stores informed the Security Exchange of closing plans between October 2008 and January 2009.

– Circuit City stores… most recent (? how many)
– Ann Taylor- 117 stores nationwide are to be shuttered
– Lane Bryant,, Fashion Bug ,and Catherine’s to close 150 store nationwide
– Eddie Bauer to close stores 27 stores and more after January
– Cache will close all stores
– Talbots closing down all stores
– J. Jill closing all stores
– GAP closing 85 stores
– Footlocker closing 140 stores more to close after January
– Wickes Furniture closing down
– Levitz closing down remaining stores
– Bombay closing remaining stores
– Zales closing down 82 stores and 105 after January.
– Whitehall closing all stores
– Piercing Pagoda closing all stores
– Disney closing 98 stores and will close more after January.
– Home Depot closing 15 stores 1 in NJ (New Brunswick)
– Macys to close 9 stores after January
– Linens and Things closing all stores
– Movie Galley Closing all stores
– Pacific Sunware closing stores
– Pep Boys Closing 33 stores
– Sprint/ Nextel closing 133 stores
– JC Penney closing a number of stores after January
– Ethan Allen closing down 12 stores.
– Wilson Leather closing down all stores
– Sharper Image closing down all stores
– KB Toys closing 356 stores
– Lowe’s to close down some stores
– Dillard’s to close some stores.

Add all that to the U.S. automakers, the financial institutions and the airlines all in crisis.

PEOPLE NEED A PLAN! And there is no question that Network Marketing remains the finest “personal bail out plan” for the average person today. Nowhere else can a person start a business with so little risk and have so much upside within their reach. Will it take work? Sure, but what doesn’t? Will it be uncomfortable? Yep, but not as uncomfortable as putting your head in the sand and hoping for things to change. Will it take the discipline of learning new skills? Absolutely, but you’re probably facing that anyway (whether you recognize it or not).

I’ll say it again, if not Network Marketing, then what?

Ladies & gentlemen, we are moving into our industry’s Golden Age, but only for those with the Vision to recognize it.

Tell your story, paint the vision, and work to make it a reality.

You deserve it!

Here’s a few words about glimpse from Charimarn Emeritus Gary Hollister: “For the past six years, we have demonstrated that internal consumption of the whole fruit mangosteen improves well being and lifestyle the world over. Now, we are prepared to launch the topical skin part of the story featuring exclusive ingredients from the whole fruit mangosteen. The difference is that six years later we are in 23 countries with a sophisticated infrastructure and one million independent distributors to support the launch of this ground-breaking product.”

Success Fuel

0

Below is an article that MLM superstar Eric Worre recently posted on facebook. If your’re on facebook I highly recommend that you join his group Network Marketing Professionals.

Anyway, here’s the article. It’s really good!

SUCCESS FUEL

When it comes to living, if you look at it in broad terms, there are 3 basic states that most people find themselves in. The first is Crisis. The second is Survival. And the third is Success.

Here’s the basic pattern for the majority of people. They cruise along in survival mode and, since they’re surviving and there’s no real pressure to do more, they usually don’t, which means they start drifting towards crisis.

Nothing really happens until you actually hit the crisis mode. You have to come up with $500 or the whole world is going to fall in. When that happens, what do you do most of the time? You find a way. You get creative. You work hard. You get resourceful. You get it done.

Whew! Back to survival mode! That feels better. Now, since the pressure is off, you kick back and relax and, without even knowing it, you begin to drift all over again. And, before long, you’re right back in crisis. And you think, “man! I just finished fighting that last fight and here comes another one! I’m not having a very lucky run here!”

Whatever that fight is this time…

It could be qualifying for your paycheck.

It could be troubles with your relationship.

It could be a test coming up.

It could be the monthly bills getting paid.

It could be preparing for some presentation you have to perform.

Whatever it was, you find that discipline, you bear down and once again you find a way.

Here’s what that life looks like.

Survival. Crisis. Survival. Crisis. Survival. Crisis. Survival. Let me tell you, that is no way to live.

In applying this to building a large network marketing business, one of the things I was lucky enough to learn fairly early on is that it’s the same distance from Crisis to Survival as it is from Survival to Success. When you had to make $500 or the whole world was going to fall in, once you made that $500, you could just as easily continued and made the next $500 that would give you not just survival, but a little taste of success.

Why don’t all of us choose success then… if it’s the same distance? Here’s the reason most people just survive and only a few people succeed…

To survive, the reasons are already built in.

But to go beyond survival and to succeed when the pressure of surviving is gone, you need to come up with reasons of your own. And those reasons have to come from within. Based upon that, if you don’t have the internal reasons to become successful, you probably won’t.

So, if that’s true… and it is, then your internal reasons are what will drive your engine. They are literally Success Fuel. They are what will keep you going when things get tough.

All of us have goals and dreams. That’s called the promise. And for every promise, there’s a price to pay. But the price gets easy to pay when the promise is strong. When the reasons are strong.

Nietze said “He who has a why to live for can endure almost any how”. In other words, if a person has strong enough reasons, they can endure almost any price they may have to pay.

In his book, “Man’s Search for Meaning”, Victor Frankl illustrated through his own personal experience that the people most likely to survive the concentration camps in Nazi Germany were not the strongest physically, but the ones with the greatest reasons to live beyond their personal survival. Some of the most frail physical bodies endured the unthinkable to make sure they could tell their story in the hopes that what was happening to them, would never happen again.

Let me give you another example… Let’s say that there was an amazing inventor who came up with the most incredible breakthrough and offered you a proposal. Let’s say they told you that, if you made it to the top position in your company within the next two years, they would release the cure for cancer and they would do it in your name… from that day forward, no one would ever have to suffer from that terrible disease ever again.

Let’s also say they gave you one basic rule and that was you couldn’t tell anyone about the arrangement. If you told anyone, the deal would be off.

So, if you made it to the top in the next two years, no more cancer and the whole world would know that you made it possible. And, if you didn’t make it to the top position in your company within the next two years, the cure would remain locked away forever and the whole world would know that you let them down.

Heavy duty reasons huh? That’s my point. If that were true, do you have any doubt about your ability to get to the top position?

How much training would you need? You’d figure it out, wouldn’t you?

What if your friends gave you a hard time?

What if it was hard work?

What if some people didn’t want to buy your product or service?

What if you had a hard time recruiting people, or if you did, they didn’t stay around long?

Would you quit? I think for all of us, the answer would be no. We wouldn’t quit. We’d find a way because the reasons were so strong.

What does that prove? You could do it if someone were to put incredible external reasons on you. But, what if they don’t?

For our whole lives, most of us have been driven by external reasons.

Our family put them on us. Do what we say or you’ll get in trouble.

Our educational system. Do what we say or you’ll get in trouble.

The government. Do what we say or you’ll get in trouble.

Our employers. Do what we say or you’ll get in trouble.

Like I said earlier, in order to succeed, you’re going to have to really think about your own internal reasons.

Here are some examples to think about.

To prove something to yourself, to your family or to your friends.

To provide for people you care about.

If other people in your family have done something special and you’d like to do the same.

If no one in your family has done something special and you’d like to be the first.

To never have to think about finances again

To be able to give back

To have time freedom

If you’ve grown up poor and hated the feeling of living off the scraps of the world.

If you’ve grown up rich and hated the feeling of not being respected for what you’ve accomplished.

I don’t know what your reasons are. You’re going to have to figure that out. But here’s what I do know…

Reasons come first, answers come second

Without strong reasons, the smallest obstacle become INSURMOUNTABLE.

With strong reasons, the largest obstacle becomes INVISIBLE.

If you want to live an average life, allow external reasons to set your standard.

If you want to live an extraordinary life, in addition to the external reasons, create your own internal reasons for setting a higher standard.

So, here’s an assignment for you…

Determine what your reasons are for becoming a Network Marketing Professional.

Write them down.

Keep them in front of you at all times.

And, if you think of something that would strengthen them, feel free to add that to your list.

I’ll leave you with one last question… What if you had to be rich? What if you had to go to the top in your company? What if you had to become a Network Marketing Professional?

Would you find the Success fuel to make that happen?

Your friend & partner,

Eric Worre – Network Marketing Professional

Brig Hart wins orange Lamborghini at MonaVie Orlando Regional

Orange Lamborghini Murcielago

Thousands of MonaVie distributors gathered at the 2008 Orlando Super Regional just over a week ago. On stage, 5 of the world’s most luxurious vehicles were on display.

The lights shined on these exotic cars all day—a Ferrari F430 Spider, a Maserati GranTurismo, a Bentley GT Convertible, a Rolls Royce Phantom Black, and a Lamborghini Murcielago. Towards the end of the event, founder and CEO Dallin Larsen made two major announcements revealing the cars’ purpose:

First of all, Larsen announced MonaVie’s parnership with duPont REGISTRY, the premier classified marketplace for luxury cars for sale—to create MonaVie’s Exotic Car Awards Program. Then, Larsen announced that Brig and Lita Hart are the first distributors to achieve MonaVie’s newest rank—Crowne Black Diamond!

Along with $1 million in cash,  the Harts got to choose one of the 5 cars on stage!

With the crowd urging them on, the Hart family selected the orange (xango coloured? )Lamborghini Murcielago 🙂

Congratulations Brig and Lita!

XANGO MOURNS THE LOSS OF INDUSTRY ICON BOB SCHMIDT

3

The XanGo family has lost one of the profession’s top leaders, mentors, and friends to literally thousands. Industry icon and XanGo 200K Premier Bob Schmidt died from a kayaking accident over Memorial Day weekend.
A 35+ year veteran, Bob was always a crowd favorite with a tremendous gift for this business and as such enjoyed tremendous success over the years, most recently with XanGo.

Here’s a few words about this extraordinary man from some of the people that knew him best:

I wrote Bob a goodbye letter just over 6 years ago when I received an email from Cindy Samuelson telling me of his losing bout with cancer. Even though at that time he had only been my Mentor through audio tapes and training events, I wanted desperately for him to know just what he had meant to me and the profound impact he had had on my life.

Little did I know at the time that our LORD would grant him another 6 years of vibrant health! He would not only have a MUCH greater impact on my life personally, but have a profound effect on the lives of many thousands of others as well! Although he will be greatly missed, his heart and his mission will live on for generations to come.

Bob not only shared Joe Morton’s vision that “it is safe to dream again,” but he put the tools in my hands and taught me how to use them to make my dreams come true! Bob is the reason I joined XanGo and his story will always be a part of my story!

Bob’s “mantle” has fallen upon MANY of us! When I heard Tommy on a call last week, my exact thought was… “Bob Schmidt on steroids!” Indeed, Bob lives on through all of us and will continue to impact this world for generations to come!

Yes it is true that Bob has “gone to be with the LORD,” but that was a DAILY experience for him! This world is better… I am better… because of Bob Schmidt! He will be greatly missed!

Sincerely,

Glenn Sparks

Dear Team,

It is with my deepest regret to inform you that Bob Schmidt, 200K XanGo Premier & Industry Icon, has passed away.

For those of you who didn’t know, Bob was one of my very first mentors in our Industry back in 1996. I was in his downline in his previous company and worked with Bob daily as he did numerous 3 way calls for me
as well as one on one presentations with me and my prospects.

I visited Bob’s office many times to listen to him speak on the phone, took notes and recorded him with my mini-cassette recorder sitting in front of his phone.

Words cannot express the feeling of losing someone as Special as Bob Schmidt, especially from a tragic accident such as his.

Please pray for Bob’s wife Barbara and his entire family.

Read on for more information about Bob’s passing and words from his friends and several leaders and friends whose lives he has touched.

Aaron

Anne and I are at a loss for words in our sorrow over Bob’s apparent drowning. Bob and I have been friends for over 30 years. Our heart goes out to Barbara and family in their grief.
The world of networking will mourn the loss of our greatest star and coach.
He truly made a difference in thousands of lives throughout the world.
Anne and I are just one example where Bob’s concern and leadership made a profound difference in our golden years.
We already miss you Bob.
Leonard and Anne Hall
__________________________________________________
Our friend has gone home yesterday. Bob Schmidt has gone to heaven and is in perfect peace and joy. But we are stunned, shocked, and sadder than words can possibly express. He is missed and will always be missed because as Ed Johnson said, “Bob was larger than life.”
There are men who are born and live their lives so quietly that scarcely a leaf is overturned during their journey here.
There are those who love and are loved by others, and they walk gently amongst the leaves, picking them up and sharing their beauty within that close circle of those they love.
There are others who live for themselves, without caring or noticing the joys or plight of others. They crush the leaves beneath their feet.
Then there is Bob Schmidt, a man who stopped to study the leaves, admiring how uniquely God has made each one, and with loving hands he lifted them up, touched and admired them, and then tossed them high in the air, letting the wind catch them and carry them on a new journey to fall upon others so that they, too, might marvel at their uniqueness.
Bob shared what he loved.
Bob loved deeply and was in turn deeply loved. He is the man who saw leadership hidden deep inside of others, others who were unaware themselves of what greatness Bob would help them discover. Bob was particular, Bob was disciplined. Bob was demanding. But why? Because he knew more about the potential of others than even they did and he wanted to teach them to dig down and reveal it. He did it for them, for us, for countless others who have gone forward and passed Bob’s Legacy on to others. He was our Simon Cowell of critics, straight forward, to the point, direct, not mincing words, but absolutely right on in his criticisms and observations because he cared and because he was Bob. And it was his opinion and approval that we sought.
There was another side of Bob Schmidt. Bob was a true friend. A loyal friend. A man of integrity and character in a world where these attributes are rare. There was the gentle Bob that I saw cuddle a tiny puppy in his arms and fill the puppy with his love. He looked like a proud little boy, tenderly holding this tiny bit of fluff, his newest best friend.
He loved those he took under his wing, he loved this industry. Bob was one of those rare individuals who didn’t need to jump on a stage under the spotlight to validate himself, instead he stood back and let those he taught take the limelight, he was enormously proud of the honest achievements of others. Bob was forever the student, observing, learning, honing his skills, and he was a voracious reader, a book always nearby waiting for him to ferret out the good lessons contained therein. He was the hardest teacher. He was the best teacher. He was the teacher that will always be remembered with love, admiration and respect.
Bob loved his family. He loved Barbara, his wife, with all his heart and soul, and those that knew Bob had never seen him happier or more content then when he was with her. He would look at her and it was impossible for him to contain his love and admiration for her, it spilled forth from the softness in his eyes. The honeymoon was never over for Bob and Barbara. Bob would want us all to rally around his beloved Barbara, help her through these most difficult of times, letting her know that her friends, her XanGo family, will always be there for her, sharing her sorrow and lifting her burden.
Bob loved life.
Bob was a fighter. He defeated cancer and emerged stronger and more resolute than ever.
Bob was undoubtedly one of the greatest Leaders XanGo and this industry has ever known.
But Bob was not content to sit alone upon that throne of achievement. Bob wanted to pull us all up there to join him, to drink success deeply with him.
Bob has gone on to take a journey that we all must one day. But we can say that his days upon this earth were productive, meaningful, and influenced thousands and thousands of others in the most positive way. He made every day of his life count.
Bob left his imprint upon the leaves and lives he touched and he scattered them with intensity and deliberation all around the world so that all would see and all would believe that they, too, could emerge and become greater then they ever thought possible.
Most importantly, Bob was a Christian. Important because he shared his faith without reserve. Important because I know that there will be a day when I will see my old friend again in a place where there is no sorrow, and there are no tears.
Bob, Sherman and I will miss you, and we thank God that you were in our lives, that you were our friend, and are grateful for all you have done for us all. I’ll see you at the gate.
With deepest sympathy,
Sherman and Sharon Unkefer

It is with great sadness that I send this email. Our great friend and mentor Bob Schmidt died yesterday in what looks like an accident while enjoying his Kayak. The details are very sketchy at this time but an autopsy will be conducted today with services some time next week. I have been on the phone with many of my Xango friends this morning who all share the pain and the loss. Our hearts go out to Barbara the whole Schmidt family. You are in our prayers and thoughts.
Bob was to be the featured keynote speaker in Orlando this weekend and had just finished up his powerpoint for Learn to Earn on Sunday. There will no doubt be many tears and extra hugs this week in Orlando as we get together with our Xango friends and family as we work thru the grief.
Knowing Bob he would say “don’t worry about me I am having more fun than you can imagine, what’s the option?”
Sincerely,
Charlie Emmenecker

XanGo launches new products

2

mangosteen fruitXanGo is one of the fastest growing network marketing companies in history and famous for its commitment to a single product – XanGo juice.

Now, after close to 6 years of operation, that single-product strategy is about to change! First, at the end of the month at XanGo’s regional event in Orlando Florida, a multivitamin products called Xango 3Sixty5 will be launched.

3Sixty5 is vitamin supplement that uses a new technology called Advanced Chelated Technology and includes twelve different fruits and 12 different vegetables, including mangosteen pericarp.

Then, at XanGo’s convention in Utah in November, a full skin care line called GLIMPSE will be launched. GLIMPSE contains a PATENTED xanthone formulation based on mangosteen which is of course the foundation for XanGo’s original juice.

So, after 6 years of focus and success with one product, XanGo is changing strategy, but is if for the better? What do you think? Is this the way to go, or should the company have stayed with just XanGo juice and the narrow focus that have proven so successful up until now?

agel pictureAgel is continuing the expansion around the world. Now the Utah-based company is set to have their first official meeting in Europe with the launch of Portugal on May 2nd-3rd 2008. The grand opening take place at Campo Pequeno in Lisbon, Portugal, and is only the third official new market launch since the company’s inception in May 2005.Why Portugal you may ask?

Well, it’s probably due to the efforts of portugese power networker Bruno Grilo who was recently selected for Agel’s advisory board. Grilo has moved up the ranks and become a Diamond Director in record time and thus Portugal is a hot market for Agel in Europe.

Agel Chief Executive Officer Glen Jensen, President Craig Bradley, Vice President of Global Sales Jeff Higginson, Regional Vice President of the European Union Howard Hannemann, Triple Diamond Director Randy Schroeder, Double Diamond Director Ann Feinstein, Double Diamond Director Bruno Grilo, Diamond Directors Francisco Nunes and Maria Tavares.

The tentative schedule for the two-day event is as follows:

Friday, May 2nd: 18:00 hours – ABB and training
